DualScene is a video recording application for iOS that allows users to simultaneously record horizontal and vertical video using the device's back camera. The App processes and stores all video locally on your device.

You retain full ownership of all video content you create using the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DualScene shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.
8. App Store Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms, the App Store Terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or our website.
